Nancy brings more than 20 years of legal experience to her work with nonprofit leaders. As an attorney and governance advisor, she helps boards and executives navigate legal responsibilities, strengthen their organizations, and make difficult decisions with greater clarity and confidence.
But her understanding of nonprofit leadership doesn't come from legal practice alone.
She's also been on the other side of the table—as a nonprofit founder, board member, and board chair. She knows what it's like to balance competing priorities, work within limited resources, and make decisions that affect people, organizations, and the communities they serve.
That experience shapes how she approaches every client relationship. She understands that nonprofit leaders aren't simply looking for legal answers. They're trying to do right by their organizations, the people who depend on them, and the missions they've committed to advancing.
